Front End Lead Job Description Duties you'll be entrusted with : Define and Execute Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap to meet current and future business goals. Architectural Leadership: Make critical frontend architectural decisions, set technical standards, and ensure scalable and secure system designs. Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Operational Oversight: Work closely with CTO for designing and developing the overall architecture for system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across the organization. Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders such as product, UI/UX designer, backend teams to ensure technology initiatives align with the company's strategic vision and goals. Technology Investments: Make informed decisions about resource allocation, technology investments, and emerging technology trends in frontend. Agile Practices: Champion agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of products and features. Expectations from you : Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a good recognized institute. 5-8 years of professional software development experience, with significant experience working in consumer internet companies. Demonstrated track record of leading frontend engineering teams and successfully delivering complex technical projects. Deep expertise in modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and microservices frontend architecture. Proficiency in system design, architecture, and building scalable, secure systems. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Technical Skills Proficiency with hands-on experience in TypeScript , Next.js , and the React.js ecosystem . Strong background in building and scaling frontend React(Redux), HTML5, and CSS3 including B ootstrap . Exposure in MongoDB and GraphQL other modern database technologies. Knowledge of microservices architecture and micro frontend experience designing distributed systems. Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for modern applications. Soft Skills Mentoring: Ability to inspire and guide teams toward a shared vision and foster an environment of trust and collaboration. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
