JD for Magento Developer: Magento developers specialize in building and maintaining eCommerce websites using Magento frameworks. The duties of a Magento developer include meeting with the design team, developing Magento modules, coding the templates, troubleshooting interface issues, testing website performance, and updating security patches. Job Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise level e-commerce applications using Magento 1.x & 2.x Preferably Build technical design document and implement the solution by following best practices Responsible for development, unit testing, and bug fixes under minimal supervision. Collaborate with the rest development team to develop the end-to-end solution. Provide production support and address technical issues promptly and meet/exceed SLA. Communicate clearly to the IT team and business team on issues, solutions, and timeline. Job Qualifications: 5-10 years of IT experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions with a focus on the digital eCommerce domain using Magento 1.x & 2.x Preferably Exp. In Managing a team of Developer and testers Experience in AWS from requirements analysis through development, deployment, and transition to support. Experience in Java / J2EE architecture and UI/UX web development including Servlet, EJB, JMS, SOAP, REST, XML, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc. Hands-on experience in Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment Experience with designing and building application using AWS services such as EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS OpsWorks Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, and high availability Hands on programming skills in any of the following: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, .NET or Scala Agile software development expert Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (Version Control, build tools, Linux shell script etc.). Experience with containers is a value add. Additional Skills/Preferences: Good written & verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Self-motivated, passionate for technology, and strong driver for results and continual improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
