Job Description

You will be working as an HR Business Partner in Gurugram, focusing on Employee Engagement initiatives, site connections, employee queries, and WD approvals. Your role will involve translating Engagement and Culture Strategy into Action by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement plans and activities within the business. You will be responsible for implementing the change management agenda, conducting regular check-ins with employees, and developing action plans to address areas of concern. Analyzing trends in exit interview data will be crucial to enhance the overall employee experience. You will also coach and educate employees on HR policies, platforms, and tech support. Conducting performance investigations, discussions, and writing performance improvement plans for non-managerial staff will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assess the impact of people practices and policies on the employee experience. Building cordial relationships between managers and employees will be a key aspect of your role. You will lead workplace investigations, address employee issues and disputes in line with the company's values, and drive expedient resolutions. Your skills and qualifications should include an MBA from a reputable B school, 5+ years of experience in an MNC managing multiple stakeholders, hands-on experience with HR tools like Workday and Service Hub, and relevant experience in Employee Relations and employee engagement. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, independent decision-making, compliance standards, and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential for this role.,
