We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HubSpot Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. Your expertise will ensure that our clients fully leverage the capabilities of HubSpot to achieve their business goals. Responsibilities well trust you with: > HubSpot Implementation and Optimization: Set up and integrate HubSpot for new clients, ensuring compatibility with their existing systems. Enhance the use of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub to drive client success. Create and implement strategies to help clients effectively utilize HubSpot to meet their business objectives. > Client Training and Support: Lead online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet to educate clients on HubSpot features and best practices. Offer continuous support and troubleshooting to ensure clients fully utilize HubSpot's capabilities. Create training materials and documentation to support client learning and adoption. > Strategic Consultation: Work closely with clients to comprehend their business objectives and provide strategic guidance on leveraging HubSpot to achieve these goals. Examine client data to offer insights and recommendations for improving HubSpot utilization and performance. > Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions for clients. Communicate efficiently with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results. CORE COMPENTENCIES: > HubSpot Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. In-depth understanding of HubSpot's features and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementations. > Communication and Training: Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and internal teams. Strong ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Skilled in conducting online training sessions using tools like Zoom and Google Meet. > Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making and strategy. Ability to develop and execute strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives. > Project and Client Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Focus on delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction. Good To Have: Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
