We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Workforce Scheduler to join our team and support with day-to-day scheduling, rostering, and HR coordination for our clients.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or student from HR, Business, or related fields.
• Someone who enjoys organising, planning, and coordinating people.
• Comfortable using tools like Excel and eager to learn new scheduling systems.
• A clear communicator who can work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

• Available to work in Australian time zones (5 AM to 2 PM).

What You will Do

1. Support Rostering and Scheduling Tasks

• Assist in creating and updating staff rosters based on client requirements.
• Help manage last-minute shift changes, cancellations, and backfill requirements.
• Track shift records, worker availability, and compliance data.

2. Assist with HR Coordination

• Support internal communication with team members and client coordinators.
• Learn to work with policies, worker preferences, and documentation guidelines.

3. Use Workforce Management Tools

• Get trained in tools like Excel, Monday.com, and client-specific scheduling software.
• Keep systems updated and report discrepancies to senior staff.

4. Learn and Grow

• Gain hands-on experience in rostering, workforce operations, and client servicing.
• Learn how disability and care service providers manage frontline teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business, Operations, or similar fields.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and willingness to learn scheduling software.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
