Role & responsibilities

Video Creation for Training

• Record, edit, and produce instructional videos (including voiceovers) using Canva or similar tools.
• Ensure video content meets training requirements and brand standards.

Design & Branding Support

• Develop creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables (digital or print).

Creative Collaboration

• Brainstorm fresh ideas with the team for branding initiatives and internal projects.
• Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders throughout the design process.

Quality Assurance

• Stay updated on design trends, ensuring visually appealing and current materials.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while adhering to quality benchmarks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Canva Expertise:

  Proven ability to create videos (including voiceovers) and graphics using Canva.

• Photoshop & Illustrator (Basic Competency):

  Ability to handle basic edits, layouts, and file exports.

• Attention to Detail:

  You take ownership of deliverables and ensure accuracy.

• Time Management:

  Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics or video editing (Canva and Canva Pro).
• Exposure to or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Understanding of basic branding and marketing principles
