Role Overview

proactive and enthusiastic People Operations Executive

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide efficient talent solutions.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities.
• Contribute to employer branding and internal HR process improvements.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job portals.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning and growth in HR.
