Job Description

As a HR Transformation Practitioner at KPMG Global Services (KGS) India, you will be an integral part of a dynamic environment, working closely with onshore engagement teams and clients to support HR transformation activities. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to help businesses achieve their strategic objectives: - Support HR Process redesign & process improvement - Improve overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology such as interview guide, work activity analysis, and synthesis of information - Conduct HR Benchmarking and Research - Demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement, culture, and change diagnostics - Exhibit understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics - Prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals - Drive communications with onshore stakeholders using different media to ensure effective collaboration - Take complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing client relationships for project success - Support capability building and demand generation within KPMG Global Services (KGS) to provide support to other member firms Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create macros using VBA - Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Aris, Qualtrics, OrgVue, and Survey designing tools - Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with colleagues and clients - Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines - Excellent interpersonal skills In addition to the qualifications, you are expected to: - Set professional goals for self and take accountability for career and skill development - Seek regular feedback and adapt behavior to improve performance Location: Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode) Experience: 4 to 10 Years Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university Join KPMG Global Services (KGS) India to be part of a progressive and inclusive organization that values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development.,
