Job Title: HR Trainer Intern Type: Internship (Unpaid) | Location: Remote (Work From Home) | Duration: 1 Month Company: GROW ON MEDIA | Industry: Human Resources & Digital Hiring About the Role We are seeking an HR Trainer Intern to train and support our HR Interns. If you have basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and intern management—and want to mentor a fresh HR team—this internship is your stepping stone into leadership. Note: This is a training role, not a learner position. You’ll guide HR interns and help them succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Train HR Interns on hiring processes, outreach messages, and interview coordination 2. Review and improve intern task reports, attendance records, and follow-ups 3. Share templates for hiring posts, job descriptions, and screening messages 4. Guide interns on onboarding processes and performance tracking 5. Resolve basic doubts and ensure quality and consistency across HR tasks 6. Conduct weekly check-ins or feedback calls with assigned interns 7. Coordinate with the admin team to report intern performance and progress Eligibility Criteria 1. Must have prior experience in HR or intern coordination (college or professional) 2. Good communication and task delegation skills 3. Understanding of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Internshala 4. Able to guide others with patience and confidence 5. Must have a laptop/smartphone and stable internet connection 6. Available for the entire 1-month internship with minimum 75% attendance Perks & Benefits 1.
