About the Role

We are hiring a Content Writing Trainer Intern to mentor and guide our Content Writer Interns. If you're skilled in content writing and want to share your knowledge while building leadership skills, this internship is the perfect opportunity to step into a training role.

This is not a writing role. You will train and guide content interns under the support of our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mentor and guide Content Writer Interns on content creation, tone, structure, and grammar.

2. Review and provide feedback on submitted blogs, captions, and write-ups.

3. Assist in creating writing briefs, templates, and checklists.

4. Suggest improvements in SEO, readability, and originality.

5. Host short weekly check-ins or discussions with your assigned interns.

6. Collaborate with the HR team to track intern performance and improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must have content writing experience (blogging, social media, SEO content, etc.).

2. Students or graduates from any field with excellent English writing skills.

3. Strong knowledge of grammar, formatting, and storytelling techniques.

4. Comfortable giving feedback and mentoring others.

5. Available for the full 1-month period with 75%+ attendance.
