About Us

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational tasks.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, HR letters, and reports.
• Support day-to-day HR operational activities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding & induction for new joiners
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  

Requirements

• Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field can apply.
• Strong interest in HR operations, processes, and employee-focused initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
