HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and HR administration. You will be working closely with the HR team and assisting in the following key responsibilities: - Assisting with the recruitment process, which includes job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. - Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy. - Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and HR events to enhance employee development. - Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications for effective HR management. - Providing administrative support to the HR team by handling tasks such as filing and document preparation. - Supporting employee engagement activities and surveys to foster a positive work environment. - Staying updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance within the organization. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing). - Strong interest in HR and employee development to contribute effectively to the team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage HR tasks efficiently. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially to maintain data privacy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective documentation and reporting.
