About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruitment Trainees to join our Human Resources team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and final selections. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and looking to start a career in HR.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only
• Any Graduates (BBA or MBA preferred)
• Knowledge of core recruiting processes and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various channels
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Perform background checks and reference verifications
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Communicate company information, job roles, and benefits effectively
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Stay updated on company policies, organizational structure, and HR compliance
