Job description
1. Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
2. Preparing tax statements, financial statements and BAS statements at required intervals and maintain the company’s tax database.
3. Preparing Tax report and ensuring taxes are paid properly and on time before due date.
4. Preparing business income tax returns and audits statements for CA verification
5. Working on GST, TDS payable, online GST returns filing, and prepare quarterly reports.
6. Coordination with CA and other Tax Authorities in case of any query arises.
7. Preparation and submission of Trial Balance & Balance Sheet
8. Prepare monthly balance sheets and write profit and loss statements
9. Research difficult tax issues to identify solutions
10. Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
11. Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
12. Coordination with higher authorities related to finance or any Government policies
13. Email management and necessary paperwork.
