Quality Supervisor

As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the quality of materials and processes within the manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections on incoming materials, managing supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements to guarantee high standards are met. Your key responsibilities will involve various areas such as incoming inspection, sample for color verification, in-process inspection, pre-dispatch inspection, documentation, and supplier management. In the incoming inspection phase, you will be responsible for verifying critical parameters, conducting assembly material checks, inspecting raw materials, and examining process materials to ensure quality standards are adhered to. Additionally, you will be required to carry out tasks such as taking and comparing samples for color verification, conducting in-process inspections to check product dimensions and defects, verifying pouch packing elements, and inspecting materials before dispatch to meet quality plan and customer requirements. Furthermore, your role will involve preparing various reports related to inspections, establishing and documenting systems like SMED, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, and conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Supplier management will also be a part of your responsibilities, which includes evaluating and auditing suppliers, maintaining relationships, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to commute or relocate to Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of total work experience.
