Job Type- 2 years agreement period with Salary stipend - 10,783(in hand) for 1st Year and 12,150(in hand) for 2nd Year. (No penalty, if you leave the company within these 2 yrs) Office timings - 9:15 to 6:15 (Mon-Fri). Role & Responsibilities- Must have basic knowledge in Talent Acquisition. Keen Interest into recruitment. Fresher or 0 - 2 months internship in recruitment or human resource or completed internship. Head hunting of candidates through different job portals. Scheduling interviews with stakeholders and follow-ups. Preparing Letters(Appointment, Relieving & Experience Letters). HRMS/Payroll software entries.
