Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment & Staffing, Onboarding and induction, performance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and Entry & Exit Process. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. - Posting job openings across multiple platforms and managing sourcing channels. - Reviewing and screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating further interview rounds, and issuing offer letters. - Facilitating onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. - Sending welcome emails and joining instructions to new hires, along with necessary documentation checklists. - Scheduling orientation sessions with department heads and key team members. - Collecting and verifying joining documents such as ID proofs, academic certificates, and bank details. - Assisting in planning and executing the performance appraisal cycle as per the organization's schedule. - Coordinating with department heads and managers to collect and consolidate performance review inputs. - Sharing appraisal forms, KPIs, and goal-setting templates with employees and ensuring timely submission. - Collecting employee feedback and suggestions to improve engagement strategies and overall work culture. - Assisting in implementing reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees. - Collaborating with department heads to support team-specific engagement initiatives. - Handling documentation and timely submission for labor welfare fund, minimum wages, bonus, and gratuity. - Processing monthly Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT) contributions and filings. - Acknowledging resignation and initiating the exit checklist process in coordination with relevant departments. - Conducting exit interviews to understand the reasons for resignation and gather employee feedback. - Coordinating with selected candidates to confirm joining dates and share pre-joining documents and instructions. - Verifying and collecting joining documents such as educational certificates, ID proof, and previous employment records. Qualifications Required: - Education / qualification: MBA in any field. - Job type: Full time - Experience: 6 months - 2 years in HR field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho software. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Additionally, the job type is Full-time, Permanent with benefits including Health insurance. The work location is in Ernakulam, Kerala, and proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required.,
