Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Summary:

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who wish to gain hands-on experience in hospital HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR databases
• Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs
• Assist in payroll data preparation and leave management
• Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
• Support statutory compliance documentation as guided by the HR team
• Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and HR events
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the reporting manager

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Postgraduate in MBA (HR), MHA or related field
• Freshers or candidates with internship experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and labor laws is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
