Hiring Position: HR Intern

Tenure: 04 Months [Till April]

Job Location: Ajwa Road, Vadodara

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End to End Recruitment of Teaching and Non –Teaching Staff
• Sourcing, Screening and conducting preliminary interviews
• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Recruitment MIS
• Will act as Assistant Manager HR leading a Team and assigned with multiple schools/locations within assigned region.
• Manage and coordinate Interviews with hiring Principals/GM in the region and Head Office
• Walk-ins management
• Work in Sync with Team and Manager/s.
• Need based traveling to assigned locations for executing the work
• All other relevant duties to perform in HR function
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
