DTP Operator - DTP Operator – Graphic Designing of School Books

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DTP Operator with strong experience in graphic designing for the school education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and laying out textbooks, workbooks, and academic content as per curriculum guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of school books, worksheets, and educational material using DTP software
• Ensure high-quality visual consistency, alignment, and formatting across content
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, editors, and illustrators to finalize print-ready files
• Prepare content for print and digital platforms (PDF, EPUB, etc.)
• Follow brand guidelines and curriculum standards in all design outputs
• Proofreading and correcting errors in text, graphics, and layout
• Manage and archive version control of design files

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in DTP/graphic designing for schools or publishing
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW
• Photoshop, Illustrator
• MS Word/PowerPoint (basic formatting)
• Strong understanding of font usage, layout, spacing, and color management
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
