Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Proficiency in Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Interview Coordination, Interview Scheduling, Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition tools.
