Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Interview Coordination, Interview Scheduling, Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition tools.
