HR Trainee

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring that all HR practices align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management systems to enhance workforce productivity.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
• Facilitate employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and address any conflicts effectively.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits options.
• Support strategic planning efforts through workforce management and organization design initiatives.
• Collaborate on affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
• Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making processes.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Familiarity with human management principles, talent management strategies, and performance management systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
