Job Description

As the HR Technology Product Owner (Total Rewards) at Hitachi Digital in Bengaluru, India, your primary responsibility is to lead the development, implementation, support, and optimization of HR technology solutions specifically for Total Rewards. You will work closely with the HR Total Rewards team, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure that Total Rewards systems, covering compensation, benefits, and recognition, align with the company's strategic objectives while enhancing the overall employee experience. Additionally, in your capacity as the Product Owner, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of Workday Core & Advanced compensation and overseeing the roadmap, delivery, and maintenance of HR systems related to Total Rewards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation, support, and optimization of HR technology solutions for Total Rewards - Collaborate with HR Total Rewards team, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Total Rewards systems with company's strategic goals - Drive the implementation of Workday Core & Advanced compensation and manage the roadmap, delivery, and maintenance of HR systems related to Total Rewards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles with a focus on Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related functions - Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role with system implementation and management - Experience with leading Total Rewards technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product management tools like Jira, and technical skills including a strong understanding of Workday, Total Rewards processes, and HRIS systems Hitachi Digital is a global team dedicated to Social Innovation through the One Hitachi initiative, merging Operational Technology, Information Technology, and Product capabilities to generate real-world impact.
