Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Talent Transition Specialist located in Kochi. The Talent Development Coordinator will be responsible for Human Resource Development, Onboarding & Offboarding and Communication tasks to support our team's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process, including induction sessions and initial training plans for new hires.
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and professional development events.
  • Manage scheduling of training classes and ensure timely execution of training programs.
  • Oversee induction programs to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle employee offboarding procedures in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and regularly update the employee skills and training database.
  • Monitor employee development initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, trainers, and management to enhance communication and improve the overall employee experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience required 6 month to below 2 year
  • Experience in onboarding, offboarding ,Training & development
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
