About The Role

• Manage full-cycle recruitment with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on hiring experience, preferably within Beauty & Personal Care.2.Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent across functions.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social channels, and external agencies to fulfil talent needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and process compliance.
• Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Quality and speed of hires across functions and levels.
• Candidate experience and offer-to-join conversion ratio.
• Effective utilization of sourcing channels and optimization of hiring costs.
  

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least one stable stint of 3+ years in the Beauty & Personal Care or related sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
• Preference for candidates from startups or high-growth environments.
