Duties/Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Being actively involved in recruitment by posting Job Postings and managing the hiring process.
S/he will be required to run a smooth recruitment process and ensure satisfying closures to all the candidates, both selected and otherwise.
As an HR - Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for complete hiring process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Screening job applications and conducting preliminary interviews.
Scheduling final interviews and ensuring follow up till final joining.
Coordinating with the interviewing panel and keeping track of applicant's progress.
Ensuring timely offer roll-out by conducting salary negotiations and offer finalization with selected candidates.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

Energetic with a can-do attitude.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven experience in an HR role.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
The ability to keep information confidential.
Must be approachable and helpful.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good ethical judgment.
