The Role

Talent Acquisition Lead

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition Leadership

• Lead and manage full-cycle hiring across all verticals (Corporate, Operations, Manufacturing, EPC, Technical, Healthcare)
• Build and lead the recruitment team
• Develop talent acquisition strategies & employer branding initiatives
• Create strong candidate pipelines across levels
• Work with CXOs & business heads on workforce planning

HR & Performance Management

• Support onboarding, induction & employee engagement
• Lead implementation of

  KRAs and the Performance Management System (PMS)

  across the group
• Ensure timely execution of goal-setting and appraisal cycles
• Partner on talent development, retention & culture initiatives
• Ensure HR compliance across entities

What We’re Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 8–10 years of HR experience with

  4+ years leading TA teams

• Experience in HR generalist / business partnering roles preferred
• Strong stakeholder management & communication
• Hands-on, strategic, and driven personality
• Familiarity with HRMS, recruitment tools & analytics
