Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Salem. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and administering employee benefits. Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, and organizing training sessions.


Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including screening and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance, as well as employee benefits administration
  • Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
