Job Title: HR Shared Services Representative I

Experience Level: 2+ years
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: Team Lead, HR Shared Services

Role Overview

The HR Shared Services Representative I is responsible for delivering high-quality support and services to employees and managers across various HR processes. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of HR transactions, inquiries, and documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via ticketing system.
  • Process HR transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee data changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HCM)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Generate and review HR reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR ticketing systems and case management tools.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
