HR Recruiter – Aminia Restaurant

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within Aminia Restaurant. The candidate will collaborate closely with management to identify hiring needs, ensure efficient staffing, and foster a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with hospitality industry standards and labor laws.workable+2

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions for all positions (front and back-of-house).
• Advertise job openings through various channels (job boards, social media, company website, referrals).
• Proactively source potential candidates via online platforms and professional networks.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), and evaluate candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate and administer recruitment assessments and tests where necessary.
• Liaise with department managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Prepare and send job offers, manage pre-joining formalities, and conduct onboarding processes.
• Ensure all employment contracts and documentation are in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and HR systems.
• Track and report on key metrics such as source of hire, time-to-fill, and retention rates.
• Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruitments, and other hiring events.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar HR role, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and various sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
