As we expand rapidly across India, we are building a strong internal HR team to manage our hiring pipeline, campus recruitment, and information management.

Internship Overview

We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive HR Recruitment Specialist Intern who can support our hiring requirements, manage candidates, and maintain recruitment data with accuracy.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants real HR experience in Hiring, Recruitment Strategy, Lead Management, and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Post internship roles across LinkedIn, Internshala, WhatsApp groups, and other hiring platforms.
• Shortlist candidates based on communication, skills, and suitability.
• Schedule interviews and maintain interviews calendar.
• Coordinate directly with candidates and ensure smooth communication before & after interviews.

Manage recruitment of:

• Partnership Development Interns
• Campus Ambassadors
• Counselling Team Interns
• Lead Generation Team Members
• Other internal teams as required.

2. Campus Ambassador Hiring & Coordination

• Reach out to colleges, students, and communities for Campus Ambassador onboarding.
• Maintain database of ambassadors and track their progress.
• Assist in building a network of student leaders across India.

3. Information & Data Management

• Maintain a detailed Google Sheet of:
• Candidates applied
• Shortlisted profiles
• Interview status
• Joining status
• Internship performance
• Update sheets daily and report progress to the Director.
• Ensure clean, accurate, and updated data at all times.

4. HR Operations Support

• Assist in onboarding of selected candidates.
• Draft offer letters, welcome messages, and team updates when required.
• Maintain communication professionalism across all WhatsApp and internal groups.
• Help in creating weekly reports for hiring progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (English or Hindi).
• Organised and disciplined mindset.
• Ability to talk confidently with candidates.
• Smart, proactive, and task-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Meet, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

Internship Details

1. Duration: 60 Days
2. Work Hours: 4 hours/day (Flexible timing)
3. Mode: Work From Home
4. Stipend: ₹4,000/month
5. Probation Period: 10 days
6. Notice Period: 7 days
