Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist located in Agra. The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves developing recruiting strategies, training new hires, and maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process.
