Role Overview: You are required to work as an HR Recruiter in a UK Shift located in Mumbai, Malad, Jogeshwari. Your main responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO operations, specifically focusing on volume hiring for various BPO/non-IT roles. You should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline along with prior experience in volume hiring, BPO, or non-IT recruitment. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for BPO/non-IT roles. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BPO operations. - Conduct volume hiring for various roles. - Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Work in a UK Shift.
