HR - Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the textile industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
