Job Title

HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates. This includes developing effective sourcing strategies, coordinating with department heads, and promoting the company’s employer brand to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

- Post job openings on professional networks, job portals, and social media platforms.

- Source potential candidates through multiple channels including database searches, referrals, and online networking.

- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

- Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills and culture fit.

- Maintain accurate records within the ensure timely communication with candidates.

- Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers in the evaluation process.

- Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding for selected candidates.

- Prepare recruitment reports and track for source effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

- Familiarity with recruitment database.

- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of employment laws and effective interviewing practices.

_ Preferred Qualifications_

- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources

- Experience recruiting for diverse roles across multiple organizational levels.

- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and social media recruiting methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,309.52 - ₹35,000.00 per month
