HR Recruiting Specialist

As an HR Recruiter, your role will involve designing and implementing job descriptions based on the guidance provided by HR managers. You will be responsible for writing and posting job descriptions, as well as engaging with potential candidates on various hiring and social media platforms. Your duties will also include screening incoming resumes, maintaining application forms and databases throughout the hiring process, and identifying future hiring needs in collaboration with senior HR managers. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement job descriptions as per HR managers" guidance - Write and post job descriptions, and engage with prospective candidates on hiring and social media portals - Screen incoming resumes and maintain application forms and databases - Collaborate with senior HR managers to identify future hiring needs Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as an HR recruiter or in HR talent acquisition - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Proficiency in productivity software, database management, and internet search methods - Familiarity with computer systems for HR and job boards navigation In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: - Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field - Experience in HR recruiter hiring and recruitment strategy development - Knowledge of content management systems - Motivation for professional growth through networking and training opportunities Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires proficiency in English.
