Job Role : Civil Engineer

Experience : 3 to to 7Years

Location : Aurangabad , Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and budgetary constraints.
• Design and Planning: Review and approve designs and plans, ensuring feasibility and compliance with codes and regulations. Coordinate with design teams and architects to optimize project plans.
• Site Management: site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Supervise construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and contract requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure construction materials and workmanship are of the highest quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government authorities to ensure project specifications are met and address any concerns or modifications needed.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS-Office/ERP

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of extensive experience in civil engineering within the Road Construction .
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software tools relevant to project management and site execution.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage large-scale projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Batcheler degree, Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
