E Tender Executive

The job involves studying tender/bid documents, drafting a synopsis of the tender, bifurcating major quantities in the BOQ, conducting site surveys, and collecting all relevant details. You will also be responsible for gathering rates of various raw material prices from the market and rates of statutory levies from the Tax/Audit department for the preparation of the commercial bid. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of technical bid documents, rate analysis/costing preparation for the commercial bid, and preparation of pre-bid queries (technical deviations & commercial deviations/comments).
