Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage government tenders from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams for technical specifications, cost estimation, and bid preparation. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Develop strong relationships with government agencies, PSUs, PWDs, and other stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines during the tendering process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in e-tendering or related field (e.g., electrical engineering). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or equivalent qualification. Strong Understanding of Gem Portal Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and processes (PWD). Proficiency in using software such as GEM Portal or similar platforms for e-bidding.
