HR Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team at Assisttree India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Schedule and manage interview processes, including feedback collection.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/HR database.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
• Assist in campus hiring drives, recruitment campaigns, and HR projects as needed.

Timings: 2 PM to 10 PM

Location: SSR Corporate Park, Faridabad Delhi Border

Pay: ₹11,141.80 - ₹34,106.55 per month
