Please share your CV on sv14@svmanagement.com Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitments Visiting colleges and consultants for campus and bulk hiring. Recruiting white-collar professionals (executives, managers, engineers) through job portals, referrals, and social media. Recruiting blue-collar workers (technicians, operators, laborers) through vendors, job fairs, and local networks. The Candidate will be responsible for: Identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates through various channels. Visiting colleges for campus recruitment and consultants for bulk hiring. Recruiting white-collar professionals (executives, managers, engineers) through job portals, referrals, and social media. Recruiting blue-collar workers (technicians, operators, laborers) through vendors, job fairs, and local networks. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability. Coordinating interviews, managing the selection process, and ensuring timely hiring. Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth onboarding. Maintaining recruitment reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.
