Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Plan and coordinate engaging employee activities and events.
Identify staffing needs and create relevant job descriptions.
Support candidates in securing suitable job opportunities (free of cost).
Understand client requirements and source candidates accordingly.
Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Previous recruitment experience preferred, but freshers with good skills may also apply.
Full-time, work from office (Kandivali).
