HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. The recruiter must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs by working closely with department heads and management
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other professional platforms
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department leads and management
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
• Handle pre-onboarding formalities and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
• Support employer branding initiatives and organize career fairs or job drives
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical or non-technical hiring based on the industry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
