HR Recruiter

Must Have experience in BFSI Hiring...!!! Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and stay updated on hiring trends.  Sourcing and Attraction: Create and post compelling job descriptions, then source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse talent pool.  Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews (phone/video), and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.  Candidate Management: Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and stakeholders, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and maintain candidate records.  Offer and Onboarding: Facilitate salary negotiations, extend job offers, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.  Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer.  Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
