As we continue to grow across domestic and international markets, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic HR Recruiter to help us build a strong team of professionals across our aviation and travel verticals. 🔍 Your Role:As our HR Recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across roles such as: Travel consultants Operations & logistics staff Pilots & ground crew Sales & marketing professionals Finance, tech, and support teams 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Post and manage job openings across platforms Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through online and offline channels Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports Organize onboarding processes and documentation Promote the company’s employer brand on social media and job platforms Managing their paperwork and keeping company liabilities clear. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Prior experience in travel, aviation, or hospitality sectors is a bonus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and job boards Good knowledge in MS office & Google sheets to make reports and updates. 🚀 Why Join Us?
