Job Description

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and a strong understanding of the job market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials to new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,329.68 - ₹20,458.74 per month
