Alliance Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist / Internal Recruiter to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, and contribute to the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities🔹 Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the complete hiring process from requisition intake to offer rollout Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and role specifications Source candidates through multiple channels including internal databases, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and networking events Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules Manage interview feedback, candidate communication, and timely follow-ups Conduct reference checks and background verifications Prepare and extend offer letters and support smooth onboarding of new hires 🔹 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Proactively identify and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements 🔹 Employer Branding Contribute to strengthening and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent 🔹 Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners 🔹 Data & ATS Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
