Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at our Pune location. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring suitable talent, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining candidate databases, managing job advertisements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines
Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms for talent acquisition
Ability to analyze and interpret resumes effectively to match candidates with job roles
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and recruitment
Adaptability and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
