Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Saket. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles. Daily responsibilities include identifying candidate profiles that align with job specifications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining updates within the recruitment database. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategies, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates effectively, using various recruitment tools and platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and building relationships with candidates
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and HR best practices
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
  • Experience working in the digital marketing or agency industry will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
