Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Dwarka. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates to match client requirements. Daily tasks will include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and building strong professional networks. The role also involves collaborating with clients to ensure seamless alignment between job roles and qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Candidate Screening processes
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
Organizational skills with expertise in Database Management and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Problem-Solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
Knowledge of Employment Laws and global recruitment practices is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience working in recruitment or human resources is preferred
